A licensed assessor evaluates visible mold, moisture intrusion, and humidity concerns through inspection, documentation, and sampling.

Step 2

Remediation Protocol

If remediation is recommended, we develop a written work plan outlining the scope needed to address affected areas.

Step 3

Mold Remediation

A separate, licensed remediation contractor performs the cleanup in accordance with the plan.

Step 4

Post-Remediation Verification

Clearance testing may be performed afterward to help confirm the work was completed appropriately.
